Model Jessica Stam has collaborated with designer Rachel Roy,  designing a four-piece collection for Roy’s lower-priced line RACHEL Rachel Roy carried at Macy’s. The handful of pieces, consisting of an army-inspired belt, a chain-strap bucket bag, a check print cardigan and black skinny jeans, launches Wednesday in Macy’s stores and on rachelroy.com
